Late arrivals must have their posters on display at least 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the poster session. Presentation Throughout the duration of the poster session presenters should remain near their poster to answer questions and facilitate discussion. You should give only brief background information, a hypothesis, very brief material and methods and some preliminary data. More than 5 or 6 slides will make the presentation most likely too long. The goal is to give a brief overview of the project and to stimulate a discussion which might be helpful in shaping the further progression of the project.
